Best App EVER!!

When y'all tube music firs started I have to admit I hated the app starting a station would merely give you 8 songs and and then it would proceed echo, I got fed up and reached out to google customer support and definitely one of the best customer service ever, the representative that assist me out tried everything to figure out why information technology wouldn't auto play continuously, finally we gave up and the problem continued, finally google reached out to me once again and asked me how my experience with the app was and I was on the verge of canceling my service just the amazing people at google took my threat seriously and fixed the issue correct abroad, now every time I first a station new songs continue popping up, I am definitely a happy customer and volition be referring others to google instead of all the other platforms, Thank you Google for fixing the issue I' am one happy customer who will continue using your services if I had 4 thumbs they'd exist mode upward 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This is by far the worst app for listening to music that I accept ever used. (And I accept the paid subscription.) Information technology takes a gazillion clicks to find my contempo or unremarkably used playlists. I don't go on the app to use mixes some rando made, I get on to listen to MY LISTS and to observe new releases. Why do I have to click like 5 times to reach my playlists???? And even then it doesn't testify me the ones I've lost recently played, merely the ones I've recently edited! The playlists are not sorted alphabetically. If I desire to remove songs from a queue or movement them to another playlist, information technology's impossible to select more than one vocal at once—I Detest THIS Particularly. Such a basic and inexcusable oversight they've had months to fix. And if I'm already listening to a list I've downloaded and then I leave WiFi, it complains to me that it has no connection and needs to go to downloads, and makes me click through multiple times just to find again and shuffle the listing I'k already listening to. Just awful. Likewise google play used to show me how many times I've listened to each song, and that'southward what I looked at to discover my favorite songs of the year. I don't want a 2020 listing they make for me, I desire to make my own list! Why can't they provide this basic thing that was already offered on google play? The web app is equally frustrating. I tin can't believe we really pay them to provide this abysmal level of service.
